Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-18
JL Int. Educational Institute (“JL Education”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you enter, along with the date and time of submission. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a consultation or diagnostic test.
- To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up accurately.
- To keep the website secure and diagnose technical problems.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that operate this website on our behalf — our web host and our email provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver your message to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and are then deleted. Server access logs are kept for a short period and then rotated out.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Many of our students are minors. Where a student is under the age of majority, we ask that a parent or guardian make the enquiry on their behalf.
External links
This site links to external sites, including Online BC and our diagnostic test registration. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date shown above.
